21-year-old Florida woman who let dog loose on cops arrested again for attacking her mom

A habitual offender in Florida is behind bars again, this time smashing lemon cake in her mother’s face during a Friday night squabble.

21-year-old Brittany Mapel, who works at McDonald’s in the Tampa area, reportedly attacked her mother with a cake while in an argument, telling the family that “Nobody is calling the cops today.”

But call the cops they did, and the police were no stranger to Mapel’s antics.

Previously, Mapel had been arrested multiple times over the past few years, ranging from trespassing to domestic violence and even drug possession. In one of her more extreme cases, Mapel made headlines in February after she dispatched the family Pitbull to attack police officers responding to a domestic violence call at her home.

A rather volatile individual, Mapel is also known for chasing her boyfriend with a switchblade knife and slashing the tires on his truck.

According to The Smoking Gun, Mapel’s recent cake attack landed her with felony tampering with a witness and misdemeanor battery. She has been ordered by a judge to stay away from her immediate family and is locked up in lieu of a $15,000 bond.
