A grandmother has no problem keeping up with her granddaughter, both in the gym and in turning heads.
63-year-old Lesley Maxwell posted video of her working out with her 18-year-old granddaughter, Tia Christofi.
A former fitness competitor, Maxwell runs a fitness program for people who are now over-the-hill, and has a six-pack to show for it.
In the video, the pair dance before posing and -eventually- working out.
The Australian ladies live in Melbourne, and love ensuring their bodies are tone and ready for reverse-winter, known in the land down under as “summer.”
According to the Daily Mail, Christofi has over 100,000 Instagram followers, and makes around $450 per post. Maxwell has around 21,000.
The glam grandma works out all but two days of the week, and has over 30 fitness titles to her name.
