An elderly man in California was verbally accosted by a music store employee after she saw him wearing a Make America Great Again hat.
The 74-year-old Jewish supporter of President Donald J. Trump -who was identified only as “Victor”- was referred to as a “Nazi” and “racist” outside of a Palo Alto Starbucks by Rebecca Mankey, who would later boast about the incident on social media.
To make matters worse, Mankey urged anyone who saw Victor to confront him.
“I yelled at him,” Mankey wrote with what appeared to be delusions of authority and grandeur. “Called the entire Starbucks to order and yelled at him more about how it’s not okay to hate brown people. He threatened to call the cops, I left after yelling at him some more.”
The mohawked social justice warrior refused to leave Victor alone, despite knowing nothing about him.
“He wouldn’t call the police so I called him a wimp,” she said. He got his stuff together to leave. I followed him to the register while he complained about me, then chased him out of Starbucks yelling at him to get the f**k out of my town.”
Mankey’s social media account has since been deactivated.
According to the Daily Mail, Mankey’s employer, a music store called Gryphon Strings, fired Mankey when owner Richard Johnson found out.
Since the incident, Mankey has called the police, claiming that she has been threatened by people on the internet after her uncouth behavior went global.
