Video evidence of a reportedly salacious nature showing Robert Kraft at a Florida day spa have been thrown out as evidence by a judge in his case, according to court documents and reported by the Palm Beach Post.
County Judge Leonard Hanser reportedly quashed the videos, which were a key part of the evidence against the owner of the New England Patriots.
The judges ruling follows a motion from Kraft’s attorneys that claimed police did not follow proper procedures in obtaining the video footage.
Weeks ago the judge prevented it from being released to the public, even though it was obtained by police, which typically makes it a public record, except under certain circumstances.
The entire case against him and others for solicitation of prostitution is reportedly now in disarray.
This is a developing story. We will update it as more information becomes available.
