CNN anchor Don Lemon is being accused of sexual assault and harassment by a Floridian bartender, who claims the media figure acted inappropriately while in the Hamptons.
Bartender Dustin Hice claims that he working at Murf’s Backstreet Tavern in Sag Harbor in 2018 when Lemon reportedly committed the act.
During the ordeal, Lemon reportedly shoved his hand down his own shorts and rubbed his genitals before aggressively sticking his fingers under Hice’s nose, asking him, “Do you like pu**y or d**k?”
Hice was bothered by the ordeal and left the tavern for a short while to recover.
In his lawsuit filed with the New York Supreme Court, Hice claimed he felt “shocked and humiliated.”
According to the Daily Mail, CNN has dismissed the claims, stating that Hice has a personal vendetta against the infotainment outlet.
“The plaintiff in this lawsuit has previously displayed a pattern of contempt for CNN on his social media accounts,” a spokesman wrote in a statement. “This claim follows his unsuccessful threats and demands for an exorbitant amount of money from Don Lemon. Don categorically denies these claims and this matter does not merit any further comment at this time.”
