Dallas dancer lands on face after falling 20 feet from top of pole

An exotic dancer in Dallas suffered more than bruised pride after she fell twenty feet from a pole at the XTC Cabaret.

The Texas dancer, who has been identified as “Genea Sky,” climbed fairly high and was doing her routine when she suddenly took a massive drop.

Falling face first onto the lit stage, she broke her jaw, chipped her teeth and sprained her ankle.

Despite being in extreme pain, she continued to twerk for the singles that would no doubt pay for her medical bills.

According to the Daily Mail, such twerking was unnecessary, as tens of thousands of dollars have been raised to help the dancer recover.

In response, Sky has referred to the incident as “humbling.”

“It could have been a lot worse,” she said.
