May 20—STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Elon Musk has been accused of exposing himself to a flight attendant back in 2016, with SpaceX, two years later, reportedly paying a woman $250,000 to settle a sexual misconduct claim, according to report from Insider.
The incident allegedly took place aboard one of Musk’s planes. The flight attendant told a friend that Musk asked her to come into his room during the flight for a “full body massage,” according to a declaration written by the friend and obtained by Insider.
The declaration states that during the massage Musk “exposed his genitals” and was “rubbing her leg without consent.” He offered to buy her a horse in exchange for an erotic massage, Insider reported.
The attendant, who rides horses, declined and continued with the massage without engaging in any sexual conduct, according to the declaration.
The flight attendant was encouraged to get her masseuse license so that she could give Musk massages, Insider reported.
In a request for comment, Musk told Insider in an email that there’s “a lot more to this story” and called the report “a politically motivated hit piece.”
“If I were inclined to engage in sexual harassment, this is unlikely to be the first time in my entire 30-year career that it comes to light,” he told Insider.
In the past I voted Democrat, because they were (mostly) the kindness party.

But they have become the party of division & hate, so I can no longer support them and will vote Republican.
Now, watch their dirty tricks campaign against me unfold … 🍿
Other SpaceX officials declined to comment. The flight attendant also declined comment and was not identified by Insider, due to her claiming to be a sexual misconduct victim.
A agreement was quickly reached in 2018 after the flight attendant hired a California lawyer and was paid — on the condition she would not sue over the claims, according to Insider.
The agreement included a non-disclosure and non-disparagement clause, but the friend of the flight attendant who spoke to Insider is not bound by any non-disclosure agreement.
