Alexandra Hunt is pretty up front about who she is and the life she has lived.
“I’ve been a stripper,” Hunt says in that tweet. “I’m a sexual assault survivor. And I’ve had an abortion.”
The tweet serves as a lead-in for a campaign ad for the 29-year-old who is a Democratic candidate for Pennsylvania’s third congressional district. Considering that, one would think that she might be more than ready for anyone trying to take a jab at her for the life she has lived. And, sure enough, when someone commented on one of her recent TikTok videos, “I look forward to you starting an OnlyFans after your election loss,” she played it about as perfectly as a person can.
If you don’t know what OnlyFans is, well, it’s a site that folks can go to and create a subscription-based service, often, to sell suggestive or adult-themed photos or videos of themselves to the fans who pay to follow along.
To her credit, Hunt leaned right into the comment, tweeting out a photo of it and writing, “Who says I have to lose an election to start an OnlyFans? There’s no shame in the OnlyFans game.”
And, just like that, Hunt might be the only person on the planet running for a congressional seat who also has an OnlyFans, because she is apparently (we didn’t sign up to see what she is posting), on there now. But, the Daily Mail says she is charging $4.99 for fans to follow, and she has already posted a video defending her decision to open the account. She does not, per the Daily Mail, have any explicit or suggestive photos on the account.
“Right now, I’m being accused of setting back women for decades for being on OnlyFans as a congressional candidate,” she reportedly says in the video. “If you disagree, I could really use your support. Thanks for being a part of this.”

Her post about opening the account on Twitter has nearly 4,000 likes and nearly 60 comments.
I've been a stripper. I'm a sexual assault survivor. And I've had an abortion. This ad is my story — but also the story of so many others.

Never again will they be able to force us to live in the shadows, in shame for our lived experiences. pic.twitter.com/Kuv9o0R2Em
One user called it “gross,” but there were a lot of supporters, too.
“I don’t know if you ever intend to make a bid for president,” one user wrote, “but having a major political leader with an OnlyFans (current or past/inactive account) would be amazing.”
