Illegal immigrant arrested for impregnating 11-year-old girl

An illegal immigrant in Arizona was arrested for impregnating an 11-year-old girl.

Carlos Jacinto Cobo-Perez was taken into police custody last Friday and charged with felony aggravated assault and sexual conduct with a minor.

The inappropriate relationship was first revealed in November of 2018, when the girl’s mother found hickeys on her daughter’s neck. After confronting her, the girl claimed she and Cobo-Perez were “in a relationship.”

The girl’s stepfather confronted Cobo-Perez, who admitted the relationship was wrong and vowed to call it off.

“He kept insisting. She’s an 11-year-old girl,” the stepfather said. “He’s 20. Almost 21. But he said he already knew what he wanted. He got in her head, and she fell for it easily.”

Cobo-Perez ultimately called the police to deal with the stepfather.

“I was angry. I wanted to take care of him myself, and the police said, ‘Don’t get involved, you’re gonna get yourself in trouble,’” the stepfather said.

According to the Daily Mail, Cobo-Perez went back on his word, and impregnated the little girl while having sex in a car outside of her school.

On May 17, the girl learned she was with child.

“I was working, and I wanted to leave work and destroy him, to be honest,” the stepdad said.

Cobo-Perez told police he wasn’t sorry for what he did, and an internal investigation has been initiated in regards why the police failed to arrest the illegal immigrant in 2018.
