Joe Biden tells Philadelphia audience he’s wearing an Eagles jacket, but he isn’t

While attempting to pander to a Philadelphia crowd on Sunday, former Vice President Joe Biden mistakenly referred to the logo on his jacket as a Philadelphia Eagles emblem, but it was not. It was actually from the University of Delaware (Blue Hens).

“I married a Philly girl by the way … and by the way got my Eagle’s jacket on,” the democrat nominee touted. He then pointed to the Blue Hens logo.

The gaffe is just that latest for the elderly statesman. At another rally in Pennsylvania he uttered a completely incoherent word salad.

Both candidates held rallies over the weekend leading up to Tuesday’s election.
