The friend of a Tennessee food delivery driver was arrested after reportedly dipping his testicles in a customer’s salsa in January.

Howard Matthew “Matt” Webb of Maryville was charged with adulteration of food, liquids or pharmaceuticals following his Friday arrest. The charge is a felony in the State of Tennessee.

The delivery driver -who worked for Dinner Delivered, a food delivery service- filmed Webb as he dipped his genitals into the cup.

“This is what you get when you give an 89-cents tip for an almost-30-minute drive,” Webb can be heard saying.

The female food delivery driver who filmed the video reportedly did other things to customer orders as well, including “unverified claims of inserting poisonous substances inside customer drinks.”

According to The Daily Mail, Dinner Delivered referred to the driver as a “rogue independent contractor.” and was responsible for reporting both the driver and Webb to authorities.

During his trial, Webb’s felony was downgraded to misdemeanor assault and he was sentenced to six months of probation with nine days in jail as part of a plea deal, though he almost lost his break when he started laughing in front of the judge.

“There is nothing about this situation I find cute or funny,” the judge reportedly said. “It’s abhorrent!”

The female driver faced no charges, though she has since been fired.
