Michigan city councilman charged with crack cocaine possession, running drug house

ROSEVILLE, MI – A Southeast Michigan elected official is facing charges related to drug possession and running a drug house following a raid on his home and a months-long investigation.

Roseville city Councilman Charles Frontera was charged with possession of less than 25 grams of crack cocaine and maintaining a drug house this week, FOX 2 Detroit reports. Police raided his home and arrested two people there in February.

Frontera was released on a $1,000 bond after the arraignment on Wednesday, Oct. 15, the TV station reports.
