Masculinity hits a new low after clothing company ASOS introduces skin-hugging crop tops- for men.
The crop tops and tube tops are effectively the same ones seen on women, and many folks aren’t too thrilled about seeing men bare midriffs this summer.
“If I start seeing Men in crop tops this summer, I’m done,” said Twitter user MollieDollx.
Jack Robson wasn’t too happy, either, and insinuated that the fashion was forced.
“Will ASOS stop with trying to make crop tops for men cool,” he said.
According to Today, the 1980s saw men exercising in t-shirts that only went to one’s ribcage, but such shirts were generally reserved for bodybuilding or athletics.
