A sultry watch thief in New York City took advantage of an older gentleman’s hospitality on Sunday night, leaving his hotel room with a Rolex and spending over $2,000 of his hard-earned money before disappearing into the night.

The unnamed man allowed the Hispanic female to stay in his room -for undisclosed but fairly obvious reasons- at the Maxwell Hotel on Sunday, and admits she was present when he dozed off.

However, as these stories often go, the woman was not there when he woke up, and ran off with more than just a worn-in t-shirt of favorite hoodie.

In total, the woman made over $2,000 worth of transactions on his phone and snatched his Rolex, leaving the man short on time and money, respectively.

According to the New York Post, the woman has the word “truth” tattooed on her neck, and was approximately 25 years of age.
