Sporting a Hilfiger sweater and dark pants with black sneakers, the raunchy pervert was filmed performing manual stimulation techniques around 10PM on Thursday night, all while a 28-year-old woman watched -and filmed- in disgust from the opposite seat.

According to the Daily Mail, NYPD officials report that the man exited the train at the 125th Street stop.
