Priest accused of massaging dying woman’s breasts, asks “does that feel good” during last rights

A Roman Catholic priest in Texas was taken into police custody after he molested a woman while giver her last rites.

Reverend Gerold Langsch was charged with assault in relation to the molestation incident, which took place on October 5, 2018. He has since been charged with misdemeanor assault.

Langsch reportedly molested the woman while she was in an Austin hospice, anointing her chest with holy water before massaging her breasts with lotion. At one point, he pinched her nipple before attempting to slip his hand into her diaper.

“Does that feel good?” he reportedly asked her.

The woman, who is still alive, later told the police, admitting the incident left her feeling dirty and confused.

The Catholic Diocese of Austin has since removed Langsch from his post. According to CBS Local, the organization plans to cooperate with law enforcement.

Released on a $15,000 bond, the 75-year-old priest could spend up to a year in jail and face fines.
