A social media personality and YouTube celebrity who offered nude photos in exchange for voting for the Joe Biden has lost her YouTube verification- and could face legal consequences.
Tana Mongeau, who regularly flaunts her body on the internet, reportedly got on Twitter and offered free nudes to people who could prove they voted for former Vice President Joe Biden.
“If you send me proof you voted for Biden, I’ll send you a nude for free,” she wrote.
The proposition made the #BootyForBiden tag trend for a time.
However, such a proposition reportedly violates American electoral law, due to “making an expenditure for a vote” being illegal.
Mongeau, who married Jake Paul as a “stunt,” could face up to two years in prison for her bold proposition.
