The Texas father who desperately attempted to prevent his pre-teen son from being coerced into a “gender transition” by his ex-wife has lost footing to his former spouse, and will now be forced to pay money to make it happen.

In an unprecedented turn, the court order, issued by Texas Judge Mary Brown without a proper hearing, effectively allows mother Anne Georgulas power over her son James’ medical decisions – and apparently forces James’ father, Jeff Younger, to pay for pro-trans counseling that costs around $5,000 a month.
James and his brother, Jude, will apparently be forced to go to counseling over the matter of whether or not they are transgender, something their mother has allegedly pushed onto them.
“Judge Mary Brown has condemned James and Jude to a life of therapy, confusion, and abuse without even having a hearing,” wrote the Help Save James Facebook page. “There are no other words for what has happened today.”
According to Lifesite news, a 2019 court ruling by Judge Kim Cooks found that Georgulas was overly affirming in instances when James supposedly showed a desire to be a girl, including taking him to LGBTQ events, dressing him in dresses, outfitting him with wigs, and enrolling him in kindergarten as a “girl” under the pseudonym “Luna.”
Meanwhile, Mr. Younger was hoping to homeschool his children.
A “a special evidentiary hearing” is scheduled to review the orders, and is set to take place in September.
