Wisconsin mom reportedly a key player in multi-million dollar counterfeit THC vape scheme

A mom in Wisconsin is caught up in a scandal that originally involved her sons’ multi-million dollar counterfeit THC vaping cartridge enterprise.

Courtney Huffhines was arrested in Kenosha County on six felony drug charges in relation to the operation she reportedly ran with her sons, Tyler and Jacob Huffhines.

“We believe she is right in the mix of this entire operation,” said Kenosha County Sheriff David Beth.

Mrs. Huffhines reportedly used a stolen identity to rent a condo in Bristol, where her suns ran the business.

“She had rented it, ultimately, to her two boys under a fake name,” Beth said.

A raid of the property turned up numerous items, including 100,000 Mason jars full of THC oil.

According to the New York Post, Courtney was released Tuesday on $100,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court on October 11.
