A close call for a new Iowa mother this weekend.
According to KCRG, Arya Washington was in labor and on her way to the hospital when the ambulance she was being transported in got stuck in the snow.
Firefighters, plows, and a second ambulance were all sent to help get the pregnant woman to the hospital so she could have a safe delivery.
Thankfully, Washington made it to the hospital in time.
She and her daughter Lilly’Ann are doing just fine and hope to go home on Wednesday.
