A British woman reportedly committed sexual assault against a man, and the subsequent court case is making headlines.

Imogen Brooke, 30, appeared in Southampton Crown Court for charges related to forcing a man to have intercourse while she was intoxicated.

Brooke met her victim on an online dating site and the alleged attack took place at her home in Southhampton.

The woman, who is of a larger size, reportedly used her body weight to pin the man down.

The prosecutor, Robert Bryan, told the court what allegedly occurred during the sexual assault.

 “After some drinks they went up to bed, where what he wanted was to go to sleep, he said”

“Miss Brooke wanted to have sex, and was pulling his arm, eventually pulling him onto his back.”

“She pulled him towards her and said ‘well, you may be saying no, but your d*** is saying yes’. She climbed on top of him and pulled his boxer shorts down,” Bryan said.

“He told the police investigators she is quite a lot bigger and stronger than him and he couldn’t move her. He wanted it to stop. He thought saying no would be enough. Eventually, it came to an end and she just turned over and went to sleep.”

“At the police interview, he accepted he had an erection, but he didn’t want to have one.

“She was on top of him, riding him by leaning on his shoulders,” the prosecutor said. “It didn’t finish by his ejaculation, but by him losing his erection and she gave up.”

“In the public image, a sexual offender is male and the victim of a sexual offense is female,” he added.

“That is a misconception.”

Brooke also is said to have insinuated that the man -who did not consent- wanted her because he had an erection.

According to the Daily Star, Bryan also stated that Miss Brooke had denied the claims because she wouldn’t assume the position of getting on top of the plaintiff, but also did not recall the event.
